This place SUCKS! I went in for the first time and was there for 2 hours, 6 people came in and all for the same reason of their nails being messed up after a day. Well, two days later and guess what, my nail chipped!!! Absolutely do NOT recommend.
Amazing place, best manicures and pedicures! Would definitely come back soon again. Place is always busy because of how good they are! Definitely worth the wait and don’t forget to make your appointment ???? :)!
This place is TERRIBLE!! The customer service from Tony is not good at all! He did my wife's nails and they broke within 1 week, she went back to get it fixed the next couple of days & they broke again. She went into the shop today and he turned her away after saying he didn’t have enough time to fix it and ACCUSED her of banging it on something which she advised him she didn’t!. She went in before 7:00pm shop closes at 7:30pm. His Attitude was terrible! She will never go back to this place. They are terrible at doing nails. This is unacceptable and I will be escalating this.
Went here to get a fill in. Tony rushed SO MUCH on my nails. The dipping powder is uneven they look HORRIBLE. On top of that, the young lady in the beginning told me a fill in is $35. At the end of my service he quoted me $40 and asked if I'd like to leave a tip.... I'm done with this place... you screwed up my nails then boldly added your item tip? Wow.
I have been going to VIP for over 12 years. They are trusted and reliable. The atmosphere is relaxing, fun, clean, and welcoming. Always greeted at entrance and full staff to handle the volume of customers. You never wait long even without an appointment. In the whole 12+ years using VIP I’ve never made an appointment and I’ve always got fast service.
I enjoy Hung for my pedicure’s he’s young, fun to chat with and very attentive. Yen and Tony are my favorite nail technicians but they have a wonderful staff to be served by.
I highly suggest you go and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!!!
I visit here every 2 weeks. Today was my second bad experience. The first wasn't that bad but wrong colors bc the lady didn't listen both times. Today the lady filing my nails cut my finger with the electric file, then touched the other file tips after touching my blood she rubbed off my finger like it was nothing... no gloves being worn. I asked her 4 times to sanitize her hands. Not happy this time around and I will only go back Sundays when the one guy that does great is there. I don't know his name but he is the only nail tech I trust. Couldn't make it this past Sunday and my Thursday experience was not great. Nails look nice though.
I absolutely love VIP nails! They consistently do a fantastic job and everyone is so kind. I went with my young daughter once and they did an incredible job not just on her nails but also making her feel special. Months later she still talks about what a great experience it was. I have loved every nail tech I’ve had here but Yen is my favorite!
My son was so pleased with his manicure today. I felt really good that I took him to a place that made him feel comfortable, and he was pleased with his results.
