lackluster experience ???? made an appointment for a full set on a tuesday afternoon. arrived more than 30 minutes EARLY. was greeted by a guy & lady & seated immediately. was offered something to drink & some candy. i showed them what i wanted & the guy started to place the tips. he filed the top of my nails with a drill ?? he also paid no attention to the cuticles. cleanliness was eh. after the tips were placed they sent me to a different lady to finish the job ?? this lady sawed back and forth to shape the nail. she then went heavy with the acrylic leaving me with crooked, jagged, & uneven nails. she talked with coworkers but idc if they talk in their language (but some people do & care TOO much ????????). she quickly applied 3 coats of gel polish & sloppily did the design. close up you can see the rushed job that somehow took 1 hour to complete ? paid $60. take what you will from my experience and similar ones✌️
I love this place! Been coming here for about 6 years and they never disappoint!! Look how cute my nails still are after a whole week :)
I am so upset. I wanted to splurge and get myself a nice manicure for vacation. I brought in the design that I wanted. It was a simple modern twist on a French manicure. My nail technician did a wonderful job. I was very pleased until it came time to pay the bill. My manicure was $95!!!!! I have never in my LIFE paid that much for a manicure and have had so many designs done. I understand these are tough times and we are all trying to squeeze an extra dime, but it is so unfair and not ok to blind side people like this. If you want to charge 20 just to add chrome to my nail, TELL ME BEFORE! I feel completely robbed and taken advantage of. I will never again return here and will warn everyone of their price rip off. When I tried to discuss it with them, the owner was conveniently preoccupied. I know he could hear me. He is usually very attentive. But of course, I was just met with indifference and a shrug. I am enraged. Shame on you for robbing people like this of their hard earned cash.
Kim is the best for acrylics and Da is the best for pedicures. Even when it's busy they take their time. They offer many drinks for free including beer and wine. Tom also offers candy if your lucky!
Pricing is standard compared to other nail salons. They are always busy but you never have to wait long because they are never under staffed. They let me schedule appointments and come in 15 minutes before they open, which I appreciate. The owner has great customer service and always is friendly. They offer you a soda or water and the owner comes around passing out candy like Swedish fish and sour patches. I can get a pedicure and manicure done at the same time by two different employees which is nice because it speeds up the time I spend there so my session doesn’t take over an hour to be finished. They do charge a $2.00 fee if you use debit so bring cash. I always tip the ladies and they are all very grateful. They don’t talk to me much which I like because I like to watch videos on my phone and not have someone talking to me while I’m trying to relax. Love love love this place!
Definitely not unhappy. The work shaping and polishing was great. The lotion and hand massage left a LOT to be desired though and that's my favorite part. Still a beautiful job, but the poor massage is what kept it from being 5 star.
