My daughter got nails done tonight by the owner-
She took in a photo of her nails before- he refused to do that design! He was rude and made her uncomfortable during the sitting. She paid and tipped and cried the whole way home! They are think and point in weird directions- I called he refused a refund even with taking nails off ! He was very rude to me on the phone!! Stay away from this business!!
Took my niece and two children in for pedicures, we went there because I knew they had the kids pedicure chairs…my niece is three it was her first pedicure the lady that did her pedicure would not even acknowledge her when she was talking to her. my niece was asking her her name what she was doing the lady would not respond to her at all and yes the lady could understand her and she spoke perfect English was all really weird! she was very rude! the whole atmosphere was unpleasant! The lady that did my sons pedicure called him a she at least five times even after I told her it was a him I could not believe it! and then they put clear gel polish on my sons toes without asking me and charged me for it! Not to mention it was like 85° in there. I was so upset after $130 Never again!
"Oh look Yao, you've made a friend..." FOR LIFE! This salon is top notch. Incredibly sanitized! I feel very comfortable in the shop. Their art work/skills are superb and the staff are fun once we all loosen up (social anxiety, ahhh you're looking at my feet.... Breathe). ???? Yao is my personal favorite artisan, but have sat with several others and been cared for just as well. Definitely recommend!
Went there yesterday while my kids and husband played at the trampoline park. I haven't had my nails done in years so I said why not and walked over. I got in pretty fast and my nail tec was really nice and did a fast job, that should have been my first que and I should have looked at them better, my fault.... I didn't notice till we got home and I looked really good at my nails that they were very uneven on the sides, I got coffin shape and "baby boomer" with glitter, and you can see where she didn't blend the white and pink well at all so you could see the line of the white where she had stopped it on most of my nails! They also look a week old since she didn't not go all the way down by my cuticle line so they'll need filled in a week which is ridiculous. Didn't tend to nor cut off my cuticles at all either, I did that myself when I got home which is why there is some cuts on some fingers. Lol. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this salon again.
Decided to treat myself and get a pedicure with gel (first time in my life) & unfortunately now I have fungus growing on both of my big toes. This has never happened to me before and I’m only giving two stars because the girl that did my feet did a great job, but I’m mortified that this is happening to me right now.
This was my first time coming here, the girl who did my pedicure didn’t know how to do French tips. She kept asking the girl next to her what she needed to do. I ended up leaving with uneven nails and different sized lines. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The owner and his wife are the sweetest, no matter how often you go or if you take a break when you go for service they treat you the same! Great work and Jenny is awesome!
Service was quick and by far one of the most pleasant salons I’ve ever been to. They have a great selection on polish and you can sit back and relax while your nails are being done without worrying that they’re going to be messed up. Definitely my go to salon now ????
