Ivy is the BEST, my pedicure still looks good after a month. HOWEVER, Tom needs to hire more staff, 3 hours for an acrylic fill is ridiculous. Tom did a very job on my nails but was also soaking off another customer nails, waxing eyebrows, greeting/organizing incoming customers, working the register, answer the phone , all while working on my nails.
DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! They messed up my length of my nails; I asked for my nails to be long and my thumb nail was crooked and when I asked for a refund they told me no! The manager has a very nasty attitude and got smart at the mouth when I asked for them to fix it and told me his standards are not my standards.
Some days you have to wait but the wait is ALWAYS worth it! Great pedicure and I enjoy the chairs as they work unlike many other salons. Many of the people have broken English so please be kind and you'll be thankful with the great job they do.
I will like to give this company a one star if I could I will give zero,they are very rude and unprofessional,they cursed me out in Chinese language and their work is terrible never will I visit again and I will never recommend this nail place,they also donot clean their utensils that they use on clients,very bad attitude problem

Andy and April were both AMAZING!!! They take their time with clients and are so personable. I got the luxury pearl pedicure and received free champagne, hot stones, and an INCREDIBLE massage. It was so relaxing and a breath of fresh air compared to other nail salons around that kept disappointing me. I will be back again! Thanks for being great!!
