I just bought a creme of nature with argan oil relaxer from here Galleria. I opened the Box and it seemed like the neutralizing shampoo and the conditioner that was in the Box was open and they were halfway gone. The conditioner was a little bit less than half a bottle. And the neutralizing shampoo was a little bit above halfway. Luckily I have my own neutralizing shampoo and conditioner at home, Or I would have damaged my hair. I don't know how cheap someone the can be that they would skim off of the products they sell. I will never ever go back to this place. I could've really damaged my hair. Neutralizing shampoo is nothing to play with when it comes with with relaxers. This is why I say that people that have cosmetology licenses and that went to beauty school should only be allowed to sell beauty products, Because I could have damaged my here. They have a no refund policy and nobody is picking up their phone. I drove all the way from Greece New York because I needed weave as well. Never again. Buyer's beware.
Shopped here for the first time this morning. Apparently you get 15% off on mondays. I paid with my card and left the store. Young lady (fine young chocolate thang) runs out with cash for me because the discount wasn't applied to my transaction. 12 stars.
You can still find the weaves, wigs and the braiding hair you want but other hair supplies are low or continue to be out of stock. Shampoos, conditioners, oils etc.
