I was greeted immediately upon walking in. It was 10 minutes after they opened and already had 3 clients being worked on. I was sat very quickly and the woman who did my nails was very professional and nice. She was quick but the way her hands moved showed she knew what she was doing. She gave me advice on how to keep my hands from drying out with the incoming cold weather and gave me a short but wonderful hand massage after she was done which I usually don't expect with acrylic nails. They look wonderful and I'm very happy with them.
I’ve been going here faithfully now for the past 2 years. Hoa is my go to nail tech and if she’s not available I go to Serena. They both are amazing at what they do. My nails are always shaped perfectly and I have gone 3-4 weeks before getting a fill in and no lost nails or lifting! Jack is amazing at pedicures, his massages are to die for. Call them and make an appointment if you’re worried about having to wait. They have always been very accommodating for me.
Got a great manicure here. My nails were in bad condition so turns out I needed acrylics. I like them pretty short though and my tech did a great job shaping them. I came in with an idea for champagne nails and he executed it well.
It was absolutely horrible! They were the rudest people I have EVER done business with. They had a dog in the store that they treated better then me or any other customer that was in there. To top it all off my nails look horrible! I paid 70$ for these. I will Never do business there again! Who ever the guy is that works in there caused a complete scene in front of everyone and started screaming at me across the store which was completely unnecessary and he had no good reason at all we had never ever before spoke any words to each other whatsoever ..
I love Cherry Nails. I’ve been seeing Serena for a couple years and she always does an amazing job. She’s extremely talented. Plus the atmosphere is great and the techs are all very friendly, and also hilarious.
Was rushed through the whole service. The worker had a horrible attitude the whole time. Not an enjoyable experience. My nails look pretty awful.
Update : after a week they’re breaking in half and lifting …I’ve had sets lasts 3 plus weeks without doing this. This is the first time I’ll have to go get my nails done again after only being on my fingers for ONE WEEK
I will NEVER be going back to cherry nails. The lady who did my nails was rude, she didn’t say one word to me the entire time I was sitting at her chair, she was obviously talking to her co-workers. She was so distracted by everything and everyone else around her she literally cut my finger with the nail grinder. Also, she didn’t use the same technique on any of my fingers. Some were filled some were not. Some she used the nail grinder on, some she didn’t. It felt like whatever she was in the mood for. She didn’t cut my cuticles, I have acrylic on the sides of my finger, the paint is not even. I can still see my nail through the paint. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. So simple, one color, square. She picked the color out, cut the nails without even asking me what length I wanted. And they look NOTHING like the picture I showed her. I’ll be attaching what I wanted vs what I got.
This was my first time here and I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism. Jack took great pride in his service as only an artisan could. Five stars from me!
